Important Notice for Admissions Fall 2018 | University Of Sargodha
If you delete your application from online admission portal then your application will be rejected even if you have paid the application fee. If you deleted your application by mistake then you must create a new application and submit it's challan form before 24-09-2018 5:00PM. (for undergraduate and gradaute programs only)
We came to know that some applicants took help from local internet cafes and computer shops to submit their application however in a few cases the shopkeeper/computer operator deleted their applications.
We recommend you to login at https://admissions.uos.edu.pk using your phone number & password and verify that your application is there and that the payment status is in approved state.
If your payment status is not updated within 72 hours of submission of challan form, send the scanned copy of your challan form at admissions@uos.edu.pk.

How You Can Get Admissions in University Of Sargodha and Its Campuses ( Mianwali & Bhakkar Campus)
ADMISSIONS SCHEDULE 2018-19
- University Of Sargodha Admissions (For Undergraduate & Graduate Programs) will start from 12th September 2018 and 30th September will be the Last Date Of Submission Of Forms.
- In this period you have to buy prospectus from Main Campus OR Sub-Campus OR HBL Main Branch of your City.
HOW TO APPLY
- Online Application
Applicants are strongly encouraged to use this option, which involves following stages:
- Access the online admission Application Form at university website: admissions.uos.edu.pk Guidelines for filling this Form are available on the above web-page.
- Print the complete Form(s) along with the application processing fee Voucher of Rs. 550 in PDF format generated/downloaded online.
- Deposit the above-mentioned application processing fee in any HBL branch in or outside Pakistan.
- Write down the name of HBL Branch and fee deposit date in relevant box of the printed Form.
- Sign and submit the complete Application Form to the relevant Department.
- Manual Application
This option is valid only in case the applicant does not have online access. Guidelines are as follows:
- Obtain the Prospectus from UOS's main campus in Sargodha or sub-campuses at Bhakkar and Mianwali, or select branches of the HBL by paying the application processing fee of Rs.550 (Prospectus can be collected from HBL Branches listed At Following Branches List Of Banks
- Manually complete the Application Form enclosed in the Prospectus and submit it to the relevant Department.
- In Mianwali and Bhakkar Campus, Only Manual method is accepted.
MERIT LISTS
- After Submission Of Forms (12th September to 30th September) merit list will be displayed on Campus (Bhakkar & Mianwali) Notice Board and Main Campus on Website.
- There will be 3 Regular Merit Lists displayed.
- There will be 3 Self Support Merit Lists displayed.
- There will be Total 60 Candidates in Regular and 60 in Self Support Programs for each program.
- After displaying of Merit Lists, selected candidates have to submit their dues with in 3 days otherwise 2nd merit list will be displayed and their name will be skipped.
- Firstly Regular Merit Lists will be displayed and after this Self Support Merit Lists will be displayed.
- Regular means their classes will be in the morning session.
- Self Support means their classes will be in the evening session and their fee will be about 6000/- extra than regular students.
COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES
- Commencement of Classes 15-10-2018
SUB-CAMPUS MIANWALI
It is a matter of pride and privilege for me to state that the Campus has successfully entered into its 5th year. Most of the infrastructure of the campus has been completed. A new academic block has been completed, which contains class rooms, laboratories, seminar rooms, library and faculty offices. A girls hostel, faculty hostel and a mosque would be completed soon. During the last four years, the Sub Campus Mianwali has made tremendous progress both in academic and co-curricular activities with the dedication and hard work of the faculty. Currently, more than 3500 students have been enrolled and the campus is offering 22 various programs at graduate and master's level. I am confident, in the coming years, we, as a team of highly dedicated personnel, will open up new vistas and avenues in the field of education and research. We strive every nerves and muscles to transform the Campus into the highest seat of learning. My prime focus would be on academic excellence, research and innovation. My team is committed to maintain its distinction in imparting quality education, learning, research and other academic activities. We plan to expand academic activity by launching more programs in new disciplines. The Campus hosts a unique community of students and staff dedicated to exhibit the best possible. Our aim is to provide conducive environment for pedagogy, research and public services. I warmly welcome you for your new journey of life. Chief Minister's e-Rozgaar Training Programme | UOS Mianwali Campus
We are glad to announce that you have been shortlisted for Erozgaar Center at University of Sargodha Sub Campus Mianwali, Jail Road Mianwali.
The Final selection will be made after the submission of documents online anddocuments verification at respective center. For now, you are requested to upload the following scanned documents online on the link below and visit respective center for document verification.
Kindly login through the same User Name and Password; which you have used earlier for the Profile update and Online Test.
In case you have forgotten your password, kindly use CNIC as your username and go on to select ‘forgot password’ option. You will be receiving an email on your registered e-mail address with the new credentials.

3. 16 Years of education is mandatory for the programme. Kindly upload the same scanned copy of Degree which you submitted at the time of Registration (you can submit your final transcript in case your degree has not been issued).
4. Punjab Domicile (if not available kindly attach the affidavit mentioning you belong to Punjab and your domicile is under process you will submit copy of it at time of joining)
Time given for documents upload and document verification is from Thursday, April 5th, 2018 to Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 from 9am to 5pm. Once you upload documents on the Erozgaar portal you may come anytime during the aforementioned time period for document verification, as per your convenience.
Please bring along all your original documents along withATTESTED Photo copies of these documents mentioned; in case of delay your application will be rejected.

Here are 10 reasons why Mianwali should be your next travel destination!
Usually when we think of Mianwali, names of famous singer Ata Ullah Khan Esa Khelvi and veteran politician Imran Khan Niazi flash in our minds but Mianwali is more than that. It’s a small city located in Southern Punjab Pakistan and just a 30 min drive away from border of KPK. It is situated in Saraiki belt of the country and has been the subject of some popular Saraiki songs like “Kameez teri kali and “Mianwali da chor”. The local music is simple yet sweet adorned with Saraiki poetry that adds a traditional touch to local weddings and functions.
Lush green fields trailed by mountains of Musa Khel make a landscape worth watching. Mianwali is a city having a beauty of its own.
Located in the outskirts of the city are beautiful villages and towns where the fields of wheat shine golden in dazzling sun.
The dense orchids and orange gardens look heavenly.
A beautiful Thal canal runs mid-city and houses are located nearby.
There are a number of crystal blue lakes located in series that finally lead up to River Indus flowing nearby. The river is channeled into Chashma barrage where spillways pose a spectacular sight of charging water driving turbines. The sound of water is so loud, you can’t even hear your own voice.
This is exactly the place having Chahsma Nuclear Power Plant nearby which makes it a really sensitive spot to be. Therefore, no cameras are allowed and security is high. However this is not the only sensitive spot that Mianwali has. Mianwali is home to Pakistan Airforce MM Alam Base so you may get used to the sound of fighter jets flying past homes. Located out of city near Kala Bagh is Jinnah barrage built on River Indus that supports the hydroelectric power station producing 96MW electricity and and irrigating 1,900,000 acres of Pakistan’s land. These are some highly secured places at Mianwali.
The lakes are however open to public and are a great site for fishing and boating. The local fish is transported all across Pakistan. The fresh fish has a natural taste of sea salts and minerals that dissolve in your mouth as soon as you take a bite and you might not have eaten such a tasty fish before.
Many of the native bird species come to feed on these fish. If you go at sunset, you might be able to spot a magnificent flight of river birds taking off the river.
All these beautiful sceneries, the sounds of birds, the colors of nature take your mind off the hassles of city life. If you decide to take a time off and go on a holiday, it might not necessarily be a hill station. The plains of Punjab with hues of gold, green and grey are worth a vacation. After all, this is our beautiful Pakistan.

Quaid-e-Azam Day Celebrations - UOS Mianwali Campus
Muhammad Ali Jinnah (25 December 1876 – 11 September 1948) was a lawyer, politician, and the founder of Pakistan.Jinnah served as leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan's creation on 14 August 1947, and then as Pakistan's first Governor-General until his death. He is revered in Pakistan as Quaid-i-Azam and Baba-i-Qaum. His birthday is observed as a national holiday.
Today a seminar held at UOS Mianwali Campus with reference to the Quaid-e-Azam Day Celebrations. It was planned on 25 December but due to winter vacations It held today. It celebrated to pay rich tribute to the father of the nation Muhammad Ali Jinnah. All students and teachers made posters for this special day and they gathered in the Campus Auditorium Hall. Seniors teachers and students presented the speech and told the students about the founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah who served as leader and created Pakistan. All students and teachers were excited as they sung national anthem together at the end.
