• Regular Students must get this form attested from the Principal/The Head of the Department.
• Private Students must get this from attested from the Gazetted Officer.

• Requirements:-
• i.   This Urgent Degree Form (Attested)
• ii.   Photograph (Attested)
• iiii.  Fee Rs. 2000/- (Original Bank Challan)(HBL Account#00487991777803)
        (Degree Fee is applicable to those students who have passed any examination on/after 01-01-2014)
• vi.  Photocopy of Result Card (Attested)
• v.   Photocopy of I.D Card (Attested)
• vi.  Matric,Intermidiate & BA (Attested Photocopies)
